About DownBadBot

DownBadBot is a Bluesky-native outage monitor. It probes popular services around the clock, notices when one goes down or comes back, and posts a status update to @downbadbot.com so you hear about it where you already are.

Every incident is also written as a structured atproto record that anyone can query. No login, no API key, no vendor dashboard: the downtime history is public data, and the monitoring core is open source.

DownBadBot is pre-launch and built by one person. A flat-rate subscription with optional alerts is planned; nothing is priced yet.
